Customer service is terrible 24 July 2017 Reviewer: Don from Dearborn, MI 65 of 128 people found this review helpful Hardware Available: Services Available: Features: Ease of Use / Navigation: Ease of Joining / Registration: Customer Support: Value for Money: Overall Star Rating: I had cancelled service & returned the system. I was told that I would receive a refund for the time not used. After many phone calls & talking to several reps (by the way I was disconnected many times) I was told by a customer rep that I would not get a refund. In summary, I would not recommend Medical Alert to a friend. Was this review helpful?   Yes or No
