Customer service is terrible

I had cancelled service & returned the system. I was told that I would receive a refund for the time not used. After many phone calls & talking to several reps (by the way I was disconnected many times) I was told by a customer rep that I would not get a refund. In summary, I would not recommend Medical Alert to a friend.
